We are currently seeking talented .NET developers. All positions are in Charlotte, NC and telecommuting is available.

We have various special projects that are on-going, and these part-time positions do have the potential to be converted to full-time contract or full-time permanent positions.

Minimum requirements:
Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technology field.
Must have at least seven (4) years experience as programmer, preferably in a lead role at some point during this time.
Must have at least three (3) years of real-world experience with .NET technologies, including VB.NET, C#, ADO.NET and ASP.NET.
Must demonstrate working knowledge of XML technologies, XSLT, etc.
Must demonstrate hands-on experience with RDBMS architectures and SQL Server programming such as stored procedures, user-defined functions, views, normalization, primary and foreign keys, and indexing.
Must be proficient with client-side web technologies such as HTML, DHTML, and JavaScript.
Must demonstrate working knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) techniques and structured coding.
Must be very good at troubleshooting and finding solutions to unique programming challenges without direct supervision.
Must be very familiar with n-tier architectures and client/server best practices.
Must have excellent leadership skills, communication skills (written and verbal), and organization skills.

Responsibilities:

Use analysis and design skills to define and write software specifications for specific components.
